Diana Cleland-Boyle created a quilt based on this well-known fairy tale. She titled it, “Who is Fairest of Them All?”
Diana writes, “It is obvious in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs the vanity of the queen and the innocent beauty of Snow White are in conflict. The mirror plays the pivotal role in the drama that ensues. The more I thought about it, the more I realized we all have a wee bit of the queen in us, and that seeing our selves in the mirror and asking the question might be fun for all who come to view our show, the International Fairy/Folk Tale Challenge.”
