I just received notice my quilt “At the Ocean’s Edge” has been juried into the Gems of the Ocean art quilt show at Yachats, located on the Oregon coast. A big thanks to my partner, Mike. I forgot to submit my entry to the show prior to heading to Road to California. I realized my error the last day submissions were accepted. Mike and I went back and forth via phone and e-mail, as I tried to instruct him where to find my images, which ones I needed size-wise and how to send them to me. It was definitely work on his part, and as I told him a few minutes ago, well worth the effort. The show is March 10 – 12, 2017. Hours are 10:00 to 5:00 pm.
